Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our corporate gifting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

NOVA GIFT STUDIO provides corporate gift box solutions including product selection, customization, packaging, and delivery services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

Orders and Quotations

Quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment and signed quotation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Minimum order quantities apply to most products and customization services. Specific MOQ requirements are communicated during the quotation process.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery charges unless explicitly stated.

Payment terms are as follows:

• New clients: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before delivery
• Established clients: Net-30 or Net-60 terms subject to credit approval
• Late payment may incur interest charges at prevailing rates

Customization and Artwork

You are responsible for providing artwork files in appropriate formats and quality. We will create digital mockups for your approval before production. Once approved, changes may incur additional fees and extend production timelines.

You warrant that you have the right to use all logos, trademarks, and designs provided for customization. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement.

Production and Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on product complexity, customization requirements, and supplier availability. We will inform you of any significant delays.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.

Quality and Inspection

We implement quality control measures to ensure products meet acceptable standards. Minor variations in color, size, or appearance are normal in manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

You must inspect products upon delivery and report any defects or discrepancies within 3 business days. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds

Customized products are made to order and generally cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect. We will replace defective items at no additional cost.

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on production stage. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our products or services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information and custom designs as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill your orders or as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
